Terms & Conditions for Seller

  1. Seller, the tourism stakeholders in  Indonesia specially from East Java(Travel Bureau, Hotel, Airlines, Restaurant, Transport, Souvenir Center, Attractions, Hospitals, Event Organizer, Adventure, Building Exhibition, MICE Organizer, Sport Activity related to tourism, etc)
  2. Seller Participants who register will get a registration number.
  3. Each Seller will get a sales table which is filled by the maximum of 2 (two) delegates and get a Buyer participant data.
  4. Seller’s registration fee :
    • Seller table fee for maximum 2 (two) delegate is IDR 6.000.000,00
    • Early bird price of Rp 4.500.000,00 registered seller until Desember 31, 2019
    • Early bird price of Rp 5.000.000,-  registered seller until February 15, 2020
  5. Bank account for seller payment: BCA 1015998000 PT Sagem Panca Pratama
  6. Seller is not getting hotel accommodation as main activity is Table Top Meeting.
  7. All Participants include 1x lunch, 2x coffee break, 1x dinner.
  8. Each table only registered for 1 (one) company name even if there is any co-delegate from different Seller companies.
  9. Confirmation of participation and payment of the Seller fee must be done no later than 14 days before the event (H-14).
  10. The organizing committee reserves the right to Approve/Cancel/Refuse the registration.
  11. First Come First Serve.
